Sabine Crumbie, Sales Development Representative
Sabine joins us bringing with her a rich blend of experience in both education and business development. Sabine has demonstrated significant proficiency in fostering partnerships and optimizing lead conversion in previous pivotal roles at Sitecore and OmniSci, focusing on retail and luxury sectors within the DACH regions. Her commitment to inclusive education is manifested through her influential role as an Educational Communicator, where she ensured equal access to education for deaf learners across multiple creative disciplines. Scott Ware, Software Support Specialist
Scott brings along an extensive 16-year background in flooring design, specializing in production design for tufted carpets and custom design for the hospitality market. His passion for and experience with NedGraphics applications make him an excellent fit for our team. Based in Dalton, GA, we are delighted to welcome Scott, and we look forward to the expertise and passion he will bring to our operations.
Sinem Suder, Regional Sales Manager
Sinem brings a wealth of experience as a sales and marketing strategist, coupled with a profound understanding of the textile designing and manufacturing industry, particularly within home fabrics. Sinem’s exceptional business acumen, stellar communication skills, and international experience have been instrumental in fostering the growth of multiple businesses. We are thrilled to have Sinem on the NedGraphics team, and we anticipate supporting her in amplifying the adoption of NedGraphics’ textile design software across the Turkish, African, and Asian markets.
Slavena Kiryakova, VP of Marketing
Slavena brings more than 15 years of extensive marketing experience from her time with international companies in Europe and North America. Her ability to combine data science with marketing artistry has driven growth, elevated brand awareness, and enhanced customer experiences, optimizing ROI and market share. A valued leader at a sister Constellation company, Slavena holds degrees in Textile Engineering, Public Administration, and Marketing, with a focus on Data Intelligence, and is SAS certified in data mining and business analytics. We are eager to integrate her insights and innovative strategies to further elevate our team.
Allison Searle, VP of Global Sales
Allison brings over two decades of sales management experience from the tech sector, having worked with notable PE-backed startups like Planful, Accelya, and Alpega. With a history of leading high-performance, client-focused teams globally, she has surpassed growth goals, implemented best practice sales methodologies, and boosted client acquisition and retention. Having held pivotal P&L roles, she has excelled in defining sales frameworks and executing strategic plans across various business lines. Allison is set to lead the scaling up of our global sales team, and we are eager to see the accelerated growth she will drive for the company.
Elton Koeberg, Customer Success Director
Elton will lead our global customer success team, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in Technical Services from renowned corporations like IBM, Diebold, and Epson. His expertise spans pre-sales, professional services, project management, training, and technical support, maintaining a synergistic relationship with sales teams. A distinguished mentor and coach, Elton has fostered team development and driven business and sales growth in his previous leadership roles.
