New York, NY – NedGraphics, the world’s leading CAD/CAM software solutions provider for the textile industry, announced today key strategic leadership transitions aimed at driving innovation and accelerating business growth. Jenny Tcharnaia has been promoted to the role of Textile and Apparel Group President at Constellation Software Inc., effective immediately. Following this, Frank Maeder, the current Vice President of Product, will assume the role of President of NedGraphics starting July 1st, 2024.
Frank Maeder, who has been serving as NedGraphics’ VP of Product since October 2022, brings to the President’s position a wealth of expertise generated over two decades in the graphic technology industry. His tenure at leading firms such as Creo, Eastman Kodak, X-Rite Pantone, and Epson Europe has been marked by a commitment to innovation, business development, and customer satisfaction. Maeder’s track record includes successfully launching and expanding initiatives that have led to significant growth and the establishment of new products.
Under Jenny Tcharnaia’s strategic guidance, this leadership transition aims to maintain momentum in NedGraphics’ textile and apparel portfolio by focusing on key business priorities and the adoption of innovative technologies.
Before joining NedGraphics as President in June 2022, Ms. Tcharnaia has had a distinguished career, including a role in mergers and acquisitions at Ernst & Young in 2008, co-founding triMirror in 2010 to pioneer advancements in 3D fashion visualization and cloth simulation, and mentoring startups. From December 2018, she led a corporate development team at FOG Software Group, focusing on the apparel, textile, and retail software portfolio, making significant investments in companies like Aquario Design (now NedGraphics for Adobe®) and Optitex, Ltd. Under her leadership, the Textile and Apparel Portfolio has set new industry benchmarks for transformative growth.
