We’re thrilled to officially welcome three talented individuals to the NedGraphics family: Roni Rotkop, Scarlett Ballantyne, and Mercy Adebayo! Their combined expertise and diverse backgrounds will undoubtedly propel our textile design solutions forward.

Building a Strong Foundation

Leading the charge as our new Vice President of Human Resources is Roni Rotkop. Bringing over 15 years of experience in global organizations like DHL Express and Amdocs, Roni possesses a keen understanding of fostering employee growth and development, particularly in multicultural environments. Her expertise encompasses organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management – all invaluable assets to NedGraphics’ leadership team.

Roni holds a BA in behavioral sciences and an MA in HR management, ensuring a well-rounded approach that prioritizes accessibility for employees while supporting management through strategic changes.

Fueling Innovation with Creativity

Scarlett Ballantyne joins us as a Sales Development Representative, boasting over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Having previously graced Canadian national TV shows for her exceptional color visualization skills, Scarlett honed her creative talent in the design team at Benjamin Moore Paints. Adding to her impressive resume, Scarlett’s leadership at Stella & Dot Jewelry led to top sales figures and impactful mentorship programs.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Scarlett’s artistic prowess shines through her Fine Arts and Interior Design degrees, surface pattern design skills, and passion for teaching watercolor classes. We’re confident Scarlett’s diverse background and innovative spirit will be instrumental in driving fresh perspectives within NedGraphics.

Ensuring Smooth Operations

Last but certainly not least, we welcome Mercy Adebayo as our new IT & Compliance Manager. Mercy brings a wealth of experience to the table, with 25 years in the IT field across various private, public, and Non-Profit sectors. Her multifaceted career has equipped her with a powerful combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision. Adding to this impressive skillset is Mercy’s passion for compliance and customer service. This dedication translates into a focus on prioritizing stakeholder needs, fostering a culture of compliance excellence, and ultimately contributing significantly to the organization’s success.
